The Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS) at Saint George University of Beirut (SGUB) invites highly qualified individuals to submit their Application for the following vacancy:
Job Title: Educator/Senior Educator for a Basics of Clinical Digital Health course
Reports to: Chair – Department of Information Technology
JOB PURPOSE
Engage undergraduate students in their own education in health informatics using active learning and outcome-based approaches.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
To collaborate with other faculty members to establish an educational culture that is rooted in student engagement, respect, and empathy. This includes applying novel educational paradigms and mechanisms of assessing student performance.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
Ph.D. or exceptionally strong Master degree holders in Health Informatics Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Significant teaching experience, especially in a university setting, and or strong industrial experience that is relevant to the discipline.
