OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Officer – Student Recruitment to join our Student Affairs Office. This role is instrumental in driving local and regional student enrollment through targeted outreach, school visits, digital engagement, and events.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies.
•Represent the University at schools, education fairs, and regional events.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, counselors, and prospective students.
•Collaborate with marketing and academic units to promote programs.
•Analyze trends and provide insights to enhance recruitment impact.

 QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor’s degree in education, Communication, Business, or related field.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or higher education marketing.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.
