OVERVIEW

The Student Affairs Office at Saint George University of Beirut (SGUB) invites highly qualified individuals to submit their CV for the following vacancy:
Job Title: Student Recruitment & Admissions Officer 
Reports to: Director-Student Affairs Office

JOB PURPOSE

Support the provision of an effective and efficient outreach, recruitment, and admissions service to prospective students of SGUB Faculties, ensuring that all applicants receive comprehensive, impartial information, and guidance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Reach out to potential students and assist them in filling their applications properly and efficiently
  • Receive new admission applications/emails, and respond to questions, and concerns
  • Compile and maintain database of applications coming in: on-line and hand delivered
  • Report the completed files to the respective heads of the Admissions Committee for each faculty
  • Schedule interviews with students as decided by the Admission Committees
  • Assist accepted students in the application process for financial aid

QUALIFICATIONS

B.A./B.Sc. in Social Sciences 
Proficiency in English and Arabic, French is a plus
