As part of its annual tradition, the Beirut Lions Club honors one outstanding nursing student from each of Lebanon’s ten nursing faculties. This year’s ceremony took place on June 16, at the Faculty of Nursing of the American University of Beirut (AUB).
Representing Saint George University of Beirut, second-year nursing student Isabel A. Ljreiss was selected from her cohort for this distinction.
During the ceremony, she delivered a heartfelt speech that beautifully reflected the nobility of the nursing profession, the compassion that defines nurses, and the courage and dedication of nursing students.
We congratulate Isabel on this well-deserved recognition and wish her continued success in all her future endeavors.
